1. Phantasio

Phantasios has a strong Ultimate Skill, enabling him to enter his Beastial Fury state, where he deals massive ATK damage to the opponents. He is also the most unique character due to his ability to transform Max Sanity into ATK. As a beginner, you should reroll for this character while building up his sanity as much as possible throughout the game.

Phantasio has an overall strong stance against the bosses, too, especially those with higher Intron levels. His single-target attacks are brutal, enabling him to quickly destroy his opponents.

2. Lady Nifle

Lady Nifle comes from the Lumonio class, which can deal with a lot of Skill DMG. She can also attack from afar, making her the best character with long-range destruction abilities. Using her skills like the Lunar Hunt or Solar Eclipse, you can reduce the Movement SPD and ATK powers of your enemies simultaneously. 

Once you reach Intron Level 6, that's where her real potential comes in. 

3. Psyche

Coming from the Anemo class, this badass character provides powerful ranged attacks, especially during her Flamboyance state. She can easily avoid any melee attacks since she has the ability to float in the air.

Moreover, what's amazing about choosing Psyche as the main player is that she gains powerful self-buffs, dealing CRIT hits to the enemies, making you ultimately come on top of the battlefield.

4. Sibylle

An electro class character with damages through the roof, Sibylle uses Chaotic Thunderorb, which is great to target multiple enemies. Her HP stat-scaling can also help her tank some enemies, even if she's not the strongest tank out there.

Moreover, when attacking with Chaotic Thunderorbs, you also get bonus effect triggers, giving players some extra room and advantage over the enemies. 

5. Lynn

Another amazing SS-tier character that won't even tear you down is Lynn. She has an overpowered Ultimate Attack that utilizes her Consonance Weapon called Hansel and Gretel. With that, she gets multiple self-buffs like ATK SPD  and DMG boost in her kit, making her the perfect character for most people to reroll for.
