1.Anka

As it stands today, Anka is quite literally the god of all Tower of Fantasy characters. She has many abilities, namely the Elemental Armor Dissolve. To get her, you need to spend Red Nucleus during the limited time called Stolen Truth. Abilities-wise, she uses Poppin' Stick as her main weapon, and everything from her attack, CRIT, to HP is nearly perfect. 

With her elemental flame resonance, she increases her flame attack by 15% and flame resistance by a total of 25%. Moreover, she also has the elemental physical resonance, which increases her physical attack by 15% and physical resistance by 25%. This makes her not only one of the best damage-dealing characters but also quite effective against other flame-type opponents. 

Lastly, the Poppin' Stick Carnival Detachment is also quite interesting. After using the skill, her damage increases to 137% of the physical attack, plus there is also 19.5% of the wanderer's max HP, along with 70% of the sum of all the wanderer's experience. 

If that wasn't enough, you will also be happy to know that we also had an increase of 264% critical target hits every second for 30 seconds. All in all, if you want to reroll for the best possible character, Anka is the way to go. 

2.Antoria

Antoria is another SS-tier character who quite literally mogs everyone in the game. Since she is an electrical-type character, she has many abilities. One of the most dynamic abilities is Volt Resonance. With this attack, her Volt attack increases by 15%, and Volt resistance increases by 25%. 

But that's not her only ability. She also has Frost Resonance, an ability where her Frost ATK increases by 15%. Moreover, the Frost Resistance also increases by 25%, making her one of the strongest characters in the game. This is activated by equipping two or more Volt weapons. 

By far, Antoria's strongest attack is Numbus: Unload. After using the Extreme Attack Switch - Thunderclap, she deals with a massive 137% of Volt Attack and 19.5% of the caster's Max HP. She is quite literally the other elemental version of Anka and should be your focus to reroll if you want the best possible character in general. 

3.Aster

Aster is another new SSR DPS Simulacra in Tower of Fantasy. She can be acquired in a limited-time offer, and to get her, you need Red Nucleus on a limited-time banner called Scarlet Starfire. She is totally worth rerolling for as well. 

Talking about her ability, Aster has Elemental Type Fusion of Mass and Flame. After her weapon deals damage, it is calculated using the highest equipped physical or flame-based ATK. She also has Physical Resonance and Flame Resonance, both attacks that make her worthy of being an SS-tier character, namely, a very strong theme. 

Her Whispers: On Field is the ultimate where, when landing any hit with Twin Stars, she deals damage to nearby targets, which equals 256% of her Physical Attack along with 3.6% of the player's Max HP.
