In Anime Vanguards, one of the strongest progression methods is to AFK farm. This is especially true because the new Anniversary Dungeon, Act 9, is something that expects you to be smarter with your approach to AFK farming.

With this guide, we will explain everything that you need to know. This incorporates Anime Vanguard's best AFK farming guide, the team setup, exact placement, how you can use macro to start AFK progression, and how you can automate those cycles with near-zero mistakes.

We will also cover the benefits of LD Cloud and how you can control and AFK farm multiple devices and multiple accounts at the same time.

Why is AFK Farming Act 9 so Worth It?

Main Screen Act 9 Anime Vanguards- Batch account grinding

Act 9 is currently one of the fastest and most consistently growing acts, with people from all skill levels wanting to get right into the farming side. However, there's no AFK farming button that you can just abuse and get all the valuable materials.

Moreover, the act is worth it because you can get many valuable materials, including the Anniversary Shards, Over Heaven Materials. Rare Drop Rolls, Consistent EXP & Gold, and a lot more.

Since the mechanics repeat the same way every run, Act 9 is perfect for macro farming in general. With a single 3-4-minute cycle, you can earn rewards. However, automate those cycles hundreds of times, and you get epic materials while making progress that is unheard of!

Before we get into the actual AFK macro progression, you should also learn about LDCloud. If you want to AFK progress on multiple accounts at the same time, then the Synchronous operations feature, along with multi-sync, is for you. The one act that you do on one screen will be done on all the other screens, too, making the AFK farming much easier for you.

Best Team for AFK Farming Act 9

Units in Anime Vanguards- Batch account grinding

The team also matters a lot in Act 9. The thing about choosing the team is that you don't need the strongest account, but you must have the correct characters that complement each other to ace the AFK farming.

Act 9 introduces us to shielded enemies, wormholes, and even multi-phase bosses, which makes it harder for you to tackle them all head-on if you don't have the right team composition. Here's a complete guide to the team you need for AFK farming.

1.Toji

Starting with Toji right off the bat is essential because he can handle multi-hit damage. This way, you can break down enemies' shields instantly. Act 9 bosses can spawn with shielded shield phases. Without the help of Toji, your character will fall much quickly.

There are many other characters that you can choose instead of Toji; however, Toji is the best. You can have Rimuru, who also uses multi-hit. Any other strong multi-hit monarch would also do the job. However, if you look at stats and maneuverability, Toji is the best.

Toji can often be found using a redeem code, and he would appear as a gray unit in options.

2.Goblin Killer

Goblin Killer is the unit that makes Act 9 the most AFKable. Thanks to his trap activating at the wormhole section, he instantly shreds the final boss. The Goblin Killer also comes from the Unrecognizable Unit code, which is a different one from Toji's. If you use the code and don't pick him, afk farming will become heavily difficult for you because you wouldn't have the same benefits as Goblin Killer.

3.A Carry Unit

Then comes a strong carry, you see. There are characters like Monarch Broly, Traitless Broly, Traitless Escanor, and any monarch except the weak ones like Okarun. Overall, Broly offers more area of effect and works well with the macro software that is available on the market.

4.Takara

Takara is the main money-making machine in this scenario. You will max her early in the AFK run before building Broly or Goblin Killer. This is the ideal way for you to AFK farm while making massive amounts of progress.

If your account is already strong, you can add extra goblin killers, DPS, and utility units. But for most people, having four required units, a strong carry, and Takara is more than enough to succeed in the tough terrains of Act 9.

Camera Placement

Camera Placement- Low latency grinding

Camera placement is also quite crucial because it ensures that your macro records consistent inputs. You need to set your camera in a very specific position. For example, the enemy spawn point should be visible, the start of the path, the wormhole area, and there should be enough space to place the units accurately.

Don't zoom in too much since macros need stable reference points to work with. Keep your mouse at low sensitivity so clicks will also remain consistent. Then comes the main part, which is to use the Macro Settings. Here, you can use TinyTask or any other macro recorder software.

The recommended setting is to use the playback speed as 1x, turn on the continuous playback, and you should set custom hotkeys for Record and Playback. This will keep your macro stable even after long sessions.

Complete AFK Macro Pattern Steps

The first thing you need to do is deliberately lose the first match. Let the enemies kill you and wait for the Retry screen. Why? Because starting the macro on the Retry button ensures that every single look is identical.

Then, you need to start the record hotkey. Click Retry several times to ensure that it registers even if there's lag or desync. After that, place Takara, the farming unit, on the farm spot. Upgrade her as money comes in.

Place Toji a bit far away from the wormhole, but still nearest to it compared to other characters. Wait for the first boss to die. This way, the second shield boss would spawn. This is where you place Broly because he covers a wide path or boss area.

You can even use this ability manually once if you want, since it doesn't break the macro, as long as you click consistently. After that, max out Takara's stats so your economy stabilizes for the rest of the AFK farming run. From there, you should place the Goblin killers.

●The first Goblin should be in the front area

●The second Goblin should be in the front area as well

●The third and fourth Goblins should be near the wormholes

You shouldn't upgrade the first and second Goblins, but the third and fourth should be upgraded. After placing goblin killers, you can spam upgrade Broly until the end of the match. Don't touch anything else and let the macro loop finish the match.

Congratulations! You have just discovered how to AFK farm in Anime Vanguard.
