Enemy Vanguard offers one of the most interesting gameplay experiences any Roblox player could enjoy. Whether you are an entirely new player or someone who is logging back after a long time, this Anime Vanguard's beginner's guide is the perfect way to level up.
New events in the game drop consistently, and right now, Act 9 is quite popular. There are units that you have to evolve constantly. The mechanics can change a lot, and the most efficient XP farming routes aren't always obvious.
This guide covers practical early-game steps, even optimization auto-forming strategies, and how you can use our Smart Cloud device, like LDCloud, to play Roblox on any device lag-free.

Many new or returning players get right into Story Mode without checking out the NPC events that are basically screaming, “take advantage of me” in the lobby. Events are the fastest way to accelerate your progress in the game because they not only provide powerful units but also special currencies and many time-limited rewards that can improve the ratings of your account.
The perfect example for that would be the Esganor Summer Event or the new Act 9, both of which became one of the most beginner-friendly events in the game. After you participate in the Esganor event, you could earn Esganor, who is a monster of a unit that can clear early and mid-game stages with almost no support at all.
Many events work like this. Consider the example of the new Act 9. There, if you AFK farm perfectly, you can get some of the best rewards like shards, currency, new units, and other equipment.

Once you have the beginner carry unit (whether it's Goku, Luffy, or Ichigo) or even any stronger starter, you can begin a concept called the leveling loop. Here is the strategy that you should follow:
●You need to enter a stage with short waves
●There, you can place a single carry unit
●However, you need to upgrade it a few times and restart after wave 10
These short cycles seem pointless; however, they will give you consistent XP, Gems, Gold, and many other pieces of equipment that will help you level up even more. As you go deeper into the unit evolution and story mode, the simple leveling loop is your ally for a seamless progression.
This loop works because the game rewards you for finishing each run. You don't get rewards for how long you stay, but rather how many loops you finish. Fast resets also mean you get a quicker XP. This is why, when you reach wave 10, you are on your way to leveling up early on.

There are dozens of units in Anime Vanguards. However, not all are good for speed leveling. Some of the evolution lines can take too long, while others just don't carry as efficiently as possible.
Moreover, some of these characters depend on traits, buffs, or combinations that beginners don't have access to. The best beginner units have these three traits that make them efficient:
1.They have a strong Area of Effect damage early on. This means you can hit multiple enemies in a specific area.
2.They can upgrade easily without complex setups.
3.They can solo the leveling loop run for the first 10 waves at least.
Here, tanks matter a lot. Units like Newsman, Kizaru, and Weatherman are pretty popular because they don't demand constant babysitting. You can place these units and simply upgrade them.
This will ensure you progress while leveling up in the best way possible.

The random mechanic event in Anime Vanguard is one of the most underrated systems that you will ever see in an RPG. By going into settings and enabling "Random Stage Event," you unlock the possibility of triggering one of the most interesting encounters in the whole game. This is Griffith's Eclipse.
The Eclipse can occur at any stage from 1 to 10. However, when it triggers, the only thing that you need to do is remove all units from your team and let the event finish to claim your rewards. Moreover, this is also how you get Griffith for the first time. Once unlocked, Griffith comes with an egg that can evolve by using his special ability and also sacrificing extra units.
The unique part about having Griffith is that two Griffith units can be combined to make a Struggler Mythic, one of the better mid-game units that you can have in the game. The system rewards beginners for doing exactly what they are doing, which includes running short stages repeatedly.
As long as you're cycling through stages for XP, you are also getting eclipse triggers, which will give you a chance to unlock many strong mid-game units.

As you level up, you will eventually reach a point where the beginner units aren't strong enough to push into further stages. That's where you need to make the best use of exclusive banners. Most exclusive units are stiffer and stronger than the standard summons that we do daily.
Moreover, they also come with utility abilities like multi-hit, shields, or even crowd control that would help you in the late-game content. Some banners feature units like Newsman, considered one of the best supports for general gameplay.
Even if you go for one or two exclusives, it can make a huge difference, turning the early story into an advanced masterpiece. At this stage, you should already have at least two farming units since late-game upgrades would become much more expensive.
Unlike many RPGs, leveling fast in Anime Vanguard is not about grinding harder. It's about grinding smarter, efficiently, and using your full potential to maximize your unit upgrades.
